Tucker and Diane meet Jack and Kyle at the Genoa City Athletic Club and Jack is eager to 'babysit' his son while Diane and Tucker go off to his office/penthouse to iron out the details for her joining Tucker McCall Unlimited. Arriving at his penthouse during the downpour blanketing Genoa City and its evirons, Tucker and Diane make themselves comfortable with a bit of double entendres before they end up in Tucker's bedroom. As the storm rages in the city, the tornado breaks the windows of Tucker's penthouse, glass raining in on Tucker and Diane in bed.

Tucker is at Katherine's getting her signature on some contracts when the guests arrive for an announcement Jill plans on making. Tucker goes to excuse himself when he's asked to stay by Jill who has arrived with Colin. At breakfast Jill tells everyone she and Colin plan on marrying. While others try to talk Jill out of it, Tucker wishes Jill well and leaves for a meeting. Tucker meets with Devon and Noah at Crimson Lights where they plan on going to New York to lay down some tracks for an album Tucker's lable plans on producing for Noah.

Tucker interrupts Ashley and Neil in the middle of a romantic dinner at her home with a unique proposal. Tucker offers the position of CEO of Jabot to Ashley with the proviso she is the only one of her family to work there. Ashley tells Tucker she'd like to think about it. Later Tucker is at the Genoa City Athletic Club nursing a Scotch when Jill arrives waving a white handkerchief in a gesture of a truce. Tucker tells Jill he has the job of CEO to offer to a very unique woman. Jill thinks it's her when Tucker reveals he offered the job to Ashley. Miffed, Jill throws her drink at Tucker as she exits leaving Tucker to his bemusement.
