At the grand opening of Glow-worm, Tucker comes to Ashley's side when she confronts Adam on what he did to her and Sharon with regards to Faith. After the confrontation, Tucker and Ashley go off to a table where they discuss the situation with Victor and the bribe Victoria took to Japan. Tucker wants to go for the jugular, Ashley asks him to sit back and not do anything rash. Later when Ashley gets up to go to find out how Abby is doing, Jill takes the opportunity to ask Tucker about his promise to help her with her case in gaining part of the Fenmore fortune. Tucker is non-committal.
