STEPHEN: "YOUNG & THE RESTLESS" 08/10/2010
Tucker arrives at the courthouse where Ashley is about to give her testimony against Adam. Ashley urges him to leave fearful of what she will have to admit to might cause him to loose faith in her. When Ashley is finished testifying, she leaves the stand to find Tucker standing there at the back of the courtroom. As Billy and Jack comfort her, Tucker quietly leaves. Later at Tucker's penthouse, Jill arrives threatening Tucker to keep his end of their deal. Tucker tells her he fully plans on keeping their deal as he calls his Private Eye about giving Jill all his attention...on Tucker's dime. As Jill is about to leave, Ashley arrives worried about how Tucker feels about her given he left the courthouse without saying a word to her. In a heart-to-heart conversation, Tucker tells Ashley his reason for leaving was due to something Ashley said to him sometime ago at the airport when she was going to leave with Faith. He tells her she sometimes wished that Jack and Billy would just give her some room instead of trying to put her back together again. Tucker tells Ashley how very proud he was of her today and in no way would he ever remove her from being the CEO of Jabot. The embrace and kiss. Included is the preview for 08/12/2010.

Ashley, Jack and Billy are having breakfast before going to Adam's hearing when Tucker arrives at the Abbott mansion with Traci who he's brought to be by Ashley's side due to the emotionality of what will be discussed at the hearing. Tucker leaves the Abbotts to their reunion. Later, Tucker arrives at Cane and Lily's to find they've brought the twins home. Tucker brings a gift to the Ashbys for their newborns. Before he leaves to go to the courthouse to be there for Ashley, Neil warns Tucker about what Ashley went through the year before. Tucker states he understands and leaves. Later, Tucker arrives at the courthouse to a shocked Ashley. (Included is the preview for 08/11/2010). ***NOTE: No Snuggle Bear this time around...the commercial wasn't aired.***
