Tucker confronts Katherine about the means Victor used in order to get the oneup on the Jabot deal through showing her a video of Adam opening the bids that were locked in Tucker's desk. After agreeing to turn Jabot back over to Tucker, Katherine secures a promise from Tucker that he will not split up and sell off Chancellor Industries bit by bit. In the meantime, while having dinner at the Genoa City Athletic Club, Ashley approaches Tucker about his taking Jabot back. Tucker compliments Ashley on her appearance and her pulling herself up after losing Faith. Ashley rebukes Tucker. After attempting to convince Kay that he has no nefarious purpose, Tucker has to endure Jill's ranting and raving. Later, Tucker approaches Ashley and Neil who both tell Tucker what they think of him.
